Introduced Feature Flag service (flipt) and accompanied the tech team on feature flagging best practices to decouple code deployment from feature release.
Carried on test (end-to-end) driven development through Cypress. Set in place Cypress intercepts as mocking tool for asyncronous front/back-end development.
Re-designed tech hiring process with internal recruiter. As the front-end hiring manager, designed take home assignment and hired 14 engineers with minimal turnover. Co-designed devops challenge and participated in various hiring processes (Devops, QA, Product Owners, Project Managers, Designers).
